Support Election Integrity

Resolution 2023-21 entered by Council Chair Mel Rapozo will OPPOSE HB 132 and SB 180. These Bills were introduced after the Office of Elections was called on to follow the law pursuant to HRS 16-42, which calls for a hand counted audit of at least 10% of each precinct when electronic voting machines are used. Instead of following the law, they are attempting to change it! This Resolution will hopefully stop these bills from moving forward but we need to show massive public support if we want that to happen!
