On April 29, 2021, For Our Rights filed an opening brief to appeal the decision on the state court issue regarding the 60 day “automatic expiration” of a state of emergency. The lower court judge had ruled in favor of the state to allow the governor to rule indefinitely through an infinite number of “supplemental” proclamations. This interpretation of the law is clearly wrong in that it violates the separation of powers.
On January 26th our Appeal will finally be heard!
We need you to join us to stand in support of freedom and to end this tyrannical rule by executive order.
