Notice of Discrimination

Use this Notice of Discrimination to educate businesses about federal laws that protect the religious rights of patrons and prevent discrimination and segregation.

No executive order, mandate or mayoral rule can override already established law.

Be prepared to follow through by filing a formal complaint with the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission after serving them notice.

Be sure to document date, time and all names as well as the details concerning the act of discrimination. Be sure to let them know that your religious beliefs prevent you from participating in the government mandates, so they are made aware prior to denying you entry.
