Student Athlete Notice Of Refusal

Under federal law you have a right to refuse any product which is offered under Emergency Use Authorization by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). All COVID-19 tests and vaccines available on the market are authorized under EUA status. Depriving a child the right to play sports, to associate with their peers and enjoy equal protection under the law is unlawful. Any policy that demands regular testing for COVID-19 for the unvaccinated only is discrimination! Please use this letter to challenge these policies. We will continue to work with our legal team to formulate a lawsuit for those willing to take action!

 **Update: August 11, 2022 – The CDC has just updated their guidance to indicate that schools and other institutions no longer need to screen apparently healthy students and employees as a matter of course. We have included the pertinent parts of the CDC Summary of Guidance, which will move the HIDOE to take action to end this policy if we can get enough parents to use this form!
